Shipping policy

All parcels are shipped from Pontiac (MI) within 1-3 business days of receiving the order (note this excludes weekends & public holidays). You will be notified once your item is shipped.

Please note: if your order contains pre-ordered items, all items will be shipped together once available. If you wish to receive other items first, please place a separate order.

Shipping to anywhere in the US for orders under $75 is a flat rate of $5.
Spend $75 and above to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

*Not applicable to wholesale and bulky orders
*Bulky items and deliveries will be charged at a different rate and if applicable, calculated at checkout.

International

Standard International shipping is calculated at checkout.

International orders may incur charges due to duties and taxes.

HeyDoodle is not responsible for any additional fees or delay in delivery due to these circumstances.

Wholesale

All shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser. The cost will be calculated by us manually and will be issued together with the invoice for payment. In the event that there is a price adjustment required from the courier, we will notify you of the changes.
