Furthermore, you agree not to submit the contact information of any minor. We will notify any individual you invite that their information was provided by you in the invitation email.

We will take appropriate measures to confirm your identity based on the information you supply and the nature of your request. If we cannot confirm that the person making the request is the same individual for whom we have gathered information, or someone authorized by that individual to act on their behalf, we will be unable to proceed with the request.
Agents
California residents have the option to appoint an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. If you are acting as an agent to file a CCPA request for a consumer, please proceed with your submission using one of the methods specified below. Additionally, we will require a declaration signed by the individual whose information is the subject of the request, granting you the authority to act on their behalf. This written authorization must include both your full legal name and the full legal name of the individual concerned, clearly indicating the permission granted. Alternatively, you may provide a copy of a power of attorney in accordance with Probate Code sections 4000-4465. It is essential that both the consumer's identity and your own are independently verified for us to process your request. When submitting your request, please include sufficient information to enable us to confirm your identity as the individual whose personal information we have collected. We are unable to respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity. Please note that submitting such a request does not necessitate the creation of an account with us, and the information you provide will solely be used for identity verification purposes.
Some states allow individuals to appoint an authorized agent to submit requests for opting out of the sale of their personal information and targeted advertising on their behalf. In such cases, we may require authorized agents to present a signed declaration from the consumer, granting the agent the authority to act on their behalf. This written authorization must include the agent's full legal name, the full legal name of the consumer for whom the request is made, and must clearly outline the permissions granted.
Loyalty Program Disclosures
According to Colorado regulations, HeyDoodle Club is classified as a loyalty program. In relation to HeyDoodle Club, we may gather personal information from you, such as your contact details (including name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and year of birth) as well as specific commercial information. This data collection serves various purposes, including the administration of the program, communication regarding your account (if applicable), provision of benefits, enhancement of service delivery, payment processing, and fulfillment of your requests related to HeyDoodle Club. We do not utilize any personal information obtained through our loyalty program for targeted advertising or for sale to third parties.
Your personal information may be disclosed to Essential Loyalty, our service provider that assists us in managing HeyDoodle Club.
HeyDoodle Club awards points for specific actions you undertake, including purchases made with us. Should you request the deletion of your personal information, please be aware that we will be unable to offer you access to HeyDoodle Club, as we will lack the necessary information to recognize your purchases and associate them with your account.
10.4. Nevada
Residents of Nevada possess the right to decline the sale of specific types of their information to external parties. At present, we do not participate in such sales. If you are a resident of Nevada and seek further details regarding our data sharing practices, please reach out to us.
10.5. Canada
Residents of Canada, with certain limited exceptions as dictated by applicable law, possess the right to access, update, rectify, and correct any inaccuracies in their personal information that we hold. Notice to Quebec Residents
All employees of the Company who manage personal information are obligated to maintain confidentiality and will ensure that such information is processed in compliance with established security protocols. By utilizing the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal information beyond the borders of Quebec.
