All kids (and parents *wink) ages 3-100! But, most engaging for ages 3-7.
  1. Unpack mat and pens from tube.
  2. Set up an invitation to colour-in independently, or collaborate with other kids and adults.
  3. Discuss elements on the mat to increase engagement and learning.
  4. Wipe with a damp cloth/ wet wipe when you’re done, pack up and go.

    Perfect for travelling!

    We've just packed for a quick pre-Christmas trip to visit family interstate, and have a one hour plane ride to contend with. We're only taking carry-on, so these Mini Colouring & Doodle Mats are perfect for out two kids under 6. Thanks HeyDoodle for keeping travel under control!

    our favorite no-screen activity

    We have 2 kids, 17month old and 3,5 year old and they both want to draw at the same time, so we have two mini mats. This keeps them calm and occupied and is great for starting conversation with them while I empty the dishwasher or cook.

    The size is fitting perfectly in the high chair tray for the little one and is easy to carry when we eat out. We have one 'toot toot' and one 'wild animal' mini mat and they learn to share and take turns.

    From the bottom of our hearts, we love this activity. We also have the tales mat and the big mat so 4 mats in total. We keep 2 of them away so when they get bored we switch them over so they feel they have a new mat again!
